Welcome to the NSW client information management system (CIMS).
CIMS is the new client information management system which was implemented on 30 June 2014, and is part of the NSW FACS Going Home Staying Home reform.
CIMS will support agencies by providing case management functionality and assist in reporting for the Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) data collection.
Any issues or problems you might experience should be reported to your trainer.
